How long does it take for me to get my shipment?
2SassyAccessories uses USPS to ship our packages. In the US. Orders are shipped typically within 1-2 business days of payment. Shipping averages 5-7 days unless expedited shipping is chosen. Shipment is $6.95 in the US only, unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds
I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 3 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 5 days to physically return the item(s) back for a store credit/exchange. After 3 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return all items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
Buyer is responsible for contacting to initiate return process. Buyer is responsible for charges for shipping item(s) back.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Please allow up to 1 week from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
