We offer exchange only on all merchandise.
Buyer is responsible for contacting 2SassyAccessories@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process (view exchange request form to the right.)
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the exchange of merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.
- After 7 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges shall be accepted.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit.
- In order to correctly process your exchange, the products must be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be returned to the sender.
- A customer support specialist will take care of processing your exchange and will send you an email once the package has been received and processed.
Non-exchangeable items: clearance/ sale items, curated bundle boxes, beauty products, & gift card purchases are non-exchangeable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of exchanges.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation page and confirmation email.
While we try our best to avoid making mistakes that could inconvenience you, mistakes are inevitable. If your purchase arrives damaged, please use the Exchange request form with “damaged items” in the subject line to contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your merchandise with pictures that clearly show the damage to the item. A customer support specialist will handle the matter efficiently and effectively.
Missing Item From Order / Wrong item received:
As previously mentioned, we try our best to avoid making mistakes that could inconvenience you, however, we are aware that mistakes will happen. Should you receive your order to find that you are missing items that states it was shipped, please upload a copy of the original invoice and a picture of what was received to the Exchange request form using “Missing item from order” in the subject line.
In the event you receive the wrong item, 2SassyAccessories will provide a prepaid label for approved items received in error to be returned at no cost to you. Any items received in error must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Please upload a picture of the incorrect item and a copy of the invoice to the Exchange request form using “Wrong item received” in the subject line and allow our customer support specialists to handle the matter.
Order changes and cancellation requests:
Once your order is placed you will be unable to make changes. Any cancellation requests will receive in store credit unless the order has not yet shipped. Please send inquiries to the Exchange request form using “Cancellation request” in the subject line to cancel an order that has not yet shipped to receive a refund.

Free shipping is provided on all orders over $75. You will receive an email with tracking information and a delivery date once your order ships.

Surprise bundle boxes include an array of 2Sassy Accessories. The box may consist of accessories from current and past collections listed on our website. The box may or may not be a complete look, but the items can be incorporated with any look. The boxes are like great gifts from a best friend who loves to surprise you with pretty gifts that make you feel excited like a kid in a candy store.
