Exchanges: We offer exchange only on all merchandise.

While we don’t currently offer refunds, we’re happy to process exchanges on eligible items. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us at 2SassyAccessories@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

Please note: We’re unable to accept exchanges after the 14-day window.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must:

• Be unused and in perfect condition

• Include all original packaging (boxes, bags, etc.)

• Have all tags attached (if applicable)

Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to the sender.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Any difference will be issued as store credit — so you can still treat yourself to something fabulous.

Once We Receive Your Return: A member of our team will process your exchange and send you a confirmation email as soon as it’s complete. Easy and stress-free!

Shipping costs for exchanges: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any items being exchanged.

Non-exchangeable items: 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

• Clearance or sale items

• Curated bundle boxes

• Gift cards

We want you to love your purchase, but for exclusivity reasons, these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Need help deciding before you buy? We’re always here to assist — just reach out!

Order Processing:  All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on your order confirmation page or email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to your email— so you can follow your new favorite accessories every step of the way.

Order changes and cancellation requests: 

Because we process orders quickly (soyou get your glam fast), we’re unable to make changes after your order is placed.

Need to cancel?

• If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can issue a full refund.

• If it has shipped, we’ll offer store credit upon return.
